We all face challenges and pressures that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. I believe that each of us possesses the strength and resilience to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.
My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves empathy, understanding, and compassion. I will work with you to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Therapy is a collaborative process, where you are the expert on your own life. My role is to actively listen, support, and provide guidance as we navigate the complexities of your unique experiences. Ultimately, my goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself.
I work with adults, couples, groups, individuals from multicultural backgrounds, and marginalized communities. My areas of focus include anxiety, trauma, depression, conflict, self-esteem and personal development, work-life balance, relationship strain, stress, and managing life transitions. I have received specialized training in trauma care and have completed Gottman Method Couples Counseling training to enhance my work with couples.
Outside of counseling, I find joy in spending time with my fiancé, planning our wedding, unwinding with Netflix shows, and connecting with friends and family. Music and poetry writing are also meaningful ways I nurture my creativity and well-being.
I would be honored to accompany you on your path of self-discovery and healing. I look forward to meeting you and working together on your journey.
