As a neurodivergent clinician, I bring both personal and professional understanding to my work with adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma (including religious trauma), and life transitions.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our work together—even if you’re not exactly sure how you feel yet. I believe genuine connection and authenticity are at the heart of meaningful growth and healing. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive as you build more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also help clients strengthen executive functioning skills and bring extensive training in neurodiversity-affirming care. Together, we’ll tailor tools and strategies to your needs—especially if you identify as neurodivergent or you’re exploring how past experiences continue to shape your present.
I’m LGBTQIA+-affirming and committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where you can explore identity, process trauma, and build practical tools for living with more ease and balance.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Charlie, exploring new coffee shops, hiking, collecting vinyl records, and playing guitar. I believe small moments of connection and joy are an important part of healing and well-being.
Haley is available to see people in our Athens office and via telehealth throughout Georgia She is in network with most Kaiser Permanente plans, Ambetter, Alliant, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna plans.
