I believe every person has the capacity to create a more meaningful, fulfilling, and authentic way of being, regardless of their current circumstances or past experiences. Life can present challenges that leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about the path forward, but I view counseling as an opportunity to foster self-discovery, healing, and growth. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward the life you want to build.

My counseling approach is grounded in Psychodynamic, and I integrate other theories/modalities when appropriate (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused principles). I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply, and I work alongside clients to explore patterns, build on existing strengths, and develop practical tools for managing life’s difficulties. I take a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing that our mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, social, cultural, and environmental factors.

I enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each person’s unique experiences and identities. I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, personal growth, and more.

My own experiences and working with others have taught me the value of self-reflection, perseverance, and seeking support during difficult seasons of life. Because of this, I understand that reaching out for counseling can feel both vulnerable and courageous. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences openly, gain greater insight, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy participating in road races, setting new fitness goals, and finding opportunities for joy and laughter in everyday life with family and friends!
