Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step to begin or return to therapy can feel overwhelming, and I commend you for being here today. My role is to support you and walk alongside you as you navigate this journey. Life often feels like a rollercoaster, full of unexpected twists and turns, and at times we can feel stuck without knowing how to move forward. As a clinician, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are, regardless of where you are in your journey, and help guide you toward your desired destination through the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and the highs and lows you may be experiencing.

Every individual brings a unique story and voice into the therapy room. I would be honored to be part of your narrative and to witness your growth as we work collaboratively toward your goals. My therapeutic approach is individualized and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), supportive psychotherapy, and trauma-informed practices.

I have experience working in medical social work, particularly with oncology patients and caregivers. I understand how navigating a chronic illness, grief, or loss can be complex and emotionally taxing. I aim to be a trusted and supportive presence as you process these challenges, adjust to life or role changes, and work through difficult emotions. I also have several years of experience providing supportive therapy to adults and their families in outpatient clinical settings.

In my work with adult couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help partners better understand their attachment styles, emotional needs, and relational patterns. Together, we explore how these dynamics influence communication and day-to-day interactions, with the goal of fostering deeper understanding, healthier emotional cycles, and stronger connections within your relationship.

I am also passionate about working with young adults, particularly student-athletes. As a former collegiate student-athlete, I understand firsthand the demands of balancing academics and athletics and how physically and mentally exhausting this lifestyle can be. My personal experience allows me to confidently support student-athletes as they navigate the pressures, expectations, and transitions associated with this unique stage of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through swimming, running, and weightlifting. I also love baking—especially sourdough bread. When I’m not in the office, you can often find me taking long walks with my fiancé and our blue heeler. I am truly excited to join you on your therapy journey and grateful that you found your way here.
