I believe one of the bravest things a person can do is begin to recognize their own strength. In the therapy room, I view you as the expert of your own life, it’s not my job to tell you what to do, but I am here to support you in uncovering the answers that already live within you.

As an Experiential Therapist, my goal is to help you grow more emotionally aware and connected, especially to feelings that may be hidden or hard to express,  fostering deeper self-awareness and authentic connections in your relationships. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques when helpful, offering practical tools to challenge unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we’ll explore emotions, where they come from, and how they can guide you toward healing and growth.  I am also trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for trauma and PTSD which helps empower clients to lessen their avoidance of triggers and regulate their emotions so they they can be fully engaged with life again.

I work with young adults, families, and couples who are navigating the challenges of relationships, identity, and life transitions. With humor, empathy, and authenticity, I create a safe space where you can explore, process, and move forward. My graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercer University gave me the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, each with unique stories and strengths. I truly feel that I didn’t choose to be a therapist, this work chose me, and my own life experiences have shaped my ability to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journey in life. With my focus on couples and family systems, I bring knowledge in Gottman couples methods, and am Certified in Prepare and Enrich pre-marital counseling to help couples build strong marriages.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie, and diving into all things film and television.Whether it’s discovering a hidden gem of a series or rewatching a favorite movie, I find joy and connection in the stories we share on screen, just as I do with the stories clients share in therapy.
